Objects, jewellery and artworks are produced in small quantities. Gentle variations, marks or imperfections are part of the character of each piece.

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

A purchase agreement is formed when payment is successfully processed through Stripe and you receive an order confirmation email.

Many items are unique or made in small runs. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock or unforeseen circumstances, it may be cancelled and any payment will be refunded.

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

Dispatch times are typically 2–5 business days, unless a different timeframe is mentioned on the product page. Delivery times depend on the destination and the postal or courier service.

Until Found cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs procedures, but I will do my best to assist if something goes wrong in transit.

Any import duties, customs charges or local taxes that may apply in your country are the responsibility of the recipient, unless clearly stated otherwise.

EU customers have a 14‑day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise this right, please email contact@until-found.com within 14 days of delivery. After notifying me, the item should be returned within a further 14 days.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and securely packaged. Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Certain customised or personalised jewellery, made‑to‑order items, or pieces that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. Any exceptions will be noted on the relevant product page.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through the Until Found website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Products

Until Found offers collectible objects, jewellery, and artworks connected to the project Until Found.

Many items are unique or produced in small quantities, which means availability may be limited.

Because of the nature of handmade or found objects, small variations, marks, or imperfections may be present. These are considered part of the character of the piece and not defects.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€).

Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Until Found reserves the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will always be charged at the price shown at checkout.

5. Orders & contract formation

A purchase agreement is formed when:

1. payment is successfully processed through Stripe, and
2. you receive an order confirmation email.

If an order cannot be fulfilled (for example due to stock errors or unforeseen circumstances), the order may be cancelled and any payment will be refunded.

6. Payment

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, a licensed payment service provider.

Stripe handles all payment information. Card details are never stored on this website.

Accepted payment methods depend on the customer's location and Stripe configuration.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

8. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Customers located in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us via contact@until-found.com.

After notifying us, the item must be returned within 14 days. Returned items must be unused, in original condition and securely packaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

9. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

• customised or personalised jewellery
• made-to-order items
• certain sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened

If an item falls under an exception, this will be stated clearly on the product page.

10. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will work to resolve the issue with either replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, and design, is the intellectual property of Until Found / ikzegkunst unless stated otherwise.

Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.

This website uses basic browser storage to support essential functions such as the shopping cart and login or password protection.

No advertising or tracking cookies are placed by this website.

Embedded services such as Instagram may place their own cookies according to their policies.
